Great question! Many of the vendors we work with offer "fast track" programs with some variability. In some cases we can work with vendors to stand up a phase-I implementation in 2-4 weeks for simple use cases.  

An option could be to do a 30-day paid trial or PoC including limited integration. This is an alternative for resolving emergency / critical situations until a permanent solution is in place. 

There are emergency scenarios when a limited featured system can be up and running in 24-48 hours for basic business continuity. Hurricane Helene and Milton in Q3/4 2024 are perfect examples of emergency use cases, especially where on-premise or legacy platforms and their fail over systems were impacted. 

Implementation

In the majority of cases, the vendor manages the implementation using their own professional services team. There are occasions when the vendor will use a 3rd party for a portion or for the entire implementation which is very common. 

Cloudconnex.ai performs in a supervisory capacity over each vendor and their partners doing the implementation and takes on the responsibility of a single point of contact for any issues that may arise. We solicit the help of our technology partners when and where needed. Our customers are treated with a white glove concierge experience, ensuring a successful implementation.

Support

The vendor is responsible for the support of their product while Cloudconnex.ai can augment the efforts as needed. We have little patience for lackluster support and will escalate concerns up to and including C-level executives as necessary.

Yes, some of our solution providers are FedRAMP certified including:

- Low impact technology certification

- Moderate impact technology certification (This is where most business cloud technology and solutions fall)

- High impact technology certification (Typically reserved for the most secure applications requiring advanced access controls and continuous monitoring)
